Respite Services
Defn: Respite: an interval of rest or relief
Respite, temporary relief for caregivers and families, should be provided as a regular component of family support services. Respite can be provided to families on either a planned or emergency basis. It allows families time to renew their energies and continue caring for their children at home. Grandma's Place can help support families by providing caregivers a much needed break.
Our Virginia Court Site specializes in providing respite for youth age 9 and above. Weekend and day respite is available.
