A strength-based program to provide creative
learning opportunities for persons with
neuro-challenges to become self-advocates and
involved in their community.
History
Grandma's Place began in March 2000 when the four founders joined forces to develop a place for one of their foster daughters - a special girl, who'd grown into a young adult needing a place to live. Since the apartment complex she moved into was also where her foster grandmother resided, the name of our new venture began . . . Grandma's Place
